General Information

tbet (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") is an online betting and casino service provider designed for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document forms a legal agreement between tbet and its users.

This document is written in Bengali and that version is the authoritative text of the agreement. These terms and conditions must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Together, those documents set out the complete terms governing use of tbet.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated terms. We therefore recommend that you review this page regularly.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To register with tbet and use its services, users must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a legal resident living in Bangladesh.
• You are only permitted to open one account in your name.
• You must be of sound mind and responsible for your own actions.
• You must not be subject to any law that completely prohibits online betting or gambling.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited. tbet may request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process at any time.

2.3 Identity Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or when suspicious activity is detected, we may request a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other valid documents for identity verification. We reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

Account Management

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party. Any activity carried out from your account will be treated as your own, unless you immediately notify us of unauthorised access.

3.2 One Account per Person

Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple tbet accounts are operated from the same IP address, device, bank account or mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) account, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

tbet reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraud or deception
• Provision of false information
• Bonus abuse
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal activities

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at tbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method originally used for the deposit.

• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing (where applicable).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• We reserve the right to carry out additional checks for unusual withdrawal requests.
• All necessary steps are taken to prevent money laundering.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tbet offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. Winnings made using bonus funds must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies to one person, one household, one address or one device only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be converted to real balance only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• The specific terms of each promotion apply when claiming a bonus.
• tbet reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The tbet VIP program has 5 tiers in total, and each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active participation. Specific benefits and terms apply to each tier separately.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. tbet's decision is final when settling results. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, tbet reserves the right to correct that error and re-settle based on the actual result.

6.2 Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments), football (FIFA and other leagues), kabaddi and other sports, the following must be observed:

• If a match is abandoned or suspended indefinitely, bets will be settled in accordance with tbet's policy.
• If there is a dispute over a score or result, the decision of the official sporting body will be considered final.
• Placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Casino Games

Each game's own rules apply when playing live dealer games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi), slots (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and other providers) and crash games (Spribe — Aviator). If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, tbet will settle based on the result of the last confirmed round.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

tbet reserves the right to set limits on the maximum amount that can be won in a single bet or within a specified period. These limits may vary depending on the game or bet type.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbet platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of bots or automated software: Placing bets using any kind of bot, script or automation tool is prohibited.
• Coordinated betting: Attempting to claim bonuses risk-free by using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of legitimising illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
• Platform hacking: Attempting to gain an advantage by exploiting system vulnerabilities or through cyber attacks is prohibited.
• Using another person's account: Conducting transactions or accessing another person's account is prohibited.
• Assisting minors: Helping anyone under 21 to use the platform is prohibited.
• Providing false information: Submitting false or forged documents during registration or the verification process is prohibited.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

tbet accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Third-Party Actions: Delays or losses caused by issues with game software providers or payment gateways.
• User's Own Decisions: The user is solely responsible for any financial losses related to gaming.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen reasons.

In no case will tbet's total liability exceed the real money balance available in your account.

Changes and Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

tbet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify you via your registered email or account notifications. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Service Termination

tbet reserves the right to suspend its services, fully or partially, without prior notice. In the event of a service shutdown, reasonable efforts will be made to return any valid balance.

12.3 Account Closure by User

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact our support team. Funds may be withdrawn provided any outstanding wagering requirements have been met before closure.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between tbet and a user, the following process must be followed:

• First Step: Start by raising your complaint with our customer support team. We provide assistance via 24/7 live chat.
• Second Step: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, send a formal complaint to [email protected].
• Resolution Timeframe: Upon receiving a formal complaint, we will make reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable time.
• Final Decision: In all gaming-related disputes, the decision of tbet's management is final.

If technically verifiable evidence exists, we reserve the right to reconsider the decision accordingly.
